He is the Lead Consultant at Adino Consulting Ltd and the Executive Principal of PALMS Africa, a premier leadership and purpose development institution committed to raising value-driven change-makers across the continent. He also serves as a faculty member at leading institutions, including Docenti Global Business School.
With over a decade of experience in leadership development, project management, executive coaching, and organizational transformation, Apostle Dr. Nath is widely recognized for his impact in peak performance training, strategic leadership, and change management, earning recognition from global organizations including UNICEF.
With a strong background in Project Management Technology, Apostle Dr. Nath has undergone executive and leadership training at globally respected institutions, including Rome Business School and Harvard Business School. He holds a PhD alongside multiple international certifications in Transformational Leadership, Executive Coaching, Strategic Management, Ethical Leadership, and Resilient Leadership, reflecting his lifelong commitment to excellence, innovation, and global relevance.
Apostle Dr. Nath currently serves as the African Director for Strategy and Planning at Leading Lights and occupies strategic leadership roles across organizations in Africa, Europe, and Australia.
As President of RAPGEN Global, a vibrant youth movement with expressions across Africa, he has mentored and empowered thousands of young people toward purposeful living, leadership and societal impact.
A global conference speaker, youth revivalist, and author of over ten books, Apostle Dr. Nath continues to inspire individuals and institutions worldwide through his message of purpose, leadership, excellence and transformation.
He is happily married to Apostle Arc. Stephanie Aghraghra and they are blessed with three wonderful children.

Apostle Arc. Stephanie Aghraghra is a distinguished architect, transformational leader, executive coach, and purpose-driven speaker whose work sits at the intersection of leadership, personal development, faith and societal impact. She is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to maximize potential and lead with excellence.
An accomplished professional in the built environment, Apostle Arc. Stephanie earned First Class Honours in both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture, a reflection of her discipline, innovation and pursuit of excellence. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Architecture, with research focused on sustainable urban development, human-centered design, and environmental impact systems.
She serves as the Executive Vice Principal of PALMS Africa, where she contributes to leadership development and transformational learning initiatives across Africa. She is also a Life Coach at the DNA Circle of Legends and the CEO of SkyGreen Architects, providing strategic leadership in organizational development and executive management.
Beyond her professional and academic accomplishments, Apostle Arc. Stephanie is deeply committed to transformational mentorship and faith-based leadership. She serves as an Associate Lead Apostle at RAPGEN Int’l Ministries and is widely respected as a Gospel Music Minister, Marriage Counselor and mentor.
Fondly known as Apostle Steph, she is the founder of Marriage Wine Unlimited, a platform dedicated to strengthening individuals, marriages, and families through counselling, mentorship and transformational teachings. She is also the convener of SOLOFest and The Manifestation, worship gatherings known for lives transformed through worship, healing and prophetic impartation.
Stephanie Aghraghra is a woman of excellence, vision and influence whose voice continues to inspire leadership, purpose, faith and intentional living across diverse spheres. She is happily married to Apostle Dr. Nath Aghraghra and they are blessed with three wonderful children.
